Cory was found in a Kroger parking lot, and appeared to be left behind or wandered there in search of help. He met a nice older lady who took him to the vet to see if he was chipped. She could not leave him behind to fend for himself. He was chipped but not registered.
His name is Cory and each attempt to find his way home led to disappointment. She brought him home for the stray hold and kept him in the garage. Her dogs were not allowing any visitors and did not feel safe bringing him in.
Cory went on several adventures got out a few times but she always led him back. A young happy go lucky boy was too much for her to handle and it was getting cold. She worried about him and called me daily in hopes we could take him into the rescue.
Cory needed help and DOGtropolis offered him a temporary safe place until we had a plan. Holiday boarders will be filling up the kennels and we would love for Kory to find a home for Christmas.
Cory is approx 3 years old, American Bulldog mix approx 70 lbs.
He loves car rides so adventures would perfect for him.

Interested adopter must fill out an application. Once approved a meet and greet is set up at a specific location, the ranch or a local adoption event. If the animal and adopter are compatible, a home visit takes place.
A contract is also signed between the rescue and the adopter
Fees are generally between $250.00-$500.00
