Meet Gingo, Berry`s son! Gingo is a 1-year and 9-month-old Pit Boxer mix who has spent his life outside. He’s very good on the leash but gets nervous when people walk behind him. Gingo needs a home with respectful older kids or adults only. He`s super sweet but very nervous around people, so getting down to his level helps calm him. While he somewhat knows how to go potty outside, he needs a patient home to work on his potty training.
Gingo was terrified of the cats, staying low to the ground and shaking a little, just wanting to leave. If he goes to a home with a cat, it needs to be confident. Gingo needs an understanding friend to build his confidence. When tested with PAC Alumni Griffin, Gingo was not super interested and seemed unsure, likely due to his past and the environment. They sniffed each other and then ignored each other, doing their own thing. We think Gingo would benefit from a confident dog friend to show him that the world isn’t so scary.
