My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Suri is a beautiful creamsicle cat with the sweetest personality! Originally found hanging outside of a gym, Suri was calling out to people for some pets. A kind person picked her up and brought her in. After some searching no one claimed Suri and it was decided to bring her into rescue. While at foster care Suri has shown what a wonderful cat she is and how much she loves people. She loves to cuddle and sleep next to people and other cats. She also likes to nap near stuffed toys. She likes attention and will come over for pets and scratches by tapping on our feet and legs. She is VERY food motivated and will do ANYTHING for a snack. She might even go after your snack so it's very important that if you have a snack, that a snack be ready for her too Suri gets along great with both cats and small dogs. She's a very in your face kind of cat that will love to be anyone's partner in crime.

You will be emailed a link to our online adoption contract. Simply fill it out online to transfer ownership from the rescue to you!

Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent. We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level. This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family.

Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue. Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten.

Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day. Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet. We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier. If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day. If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $10 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home. We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies.

Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age. We are able to PayPal or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
