Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Koda and his brothers Kenta and Kuro were rescued from the streets of Memphis when they were tiny, fragile, sickly kittens. The fate of their mother is unknown. A Memphis cat rescue group took them home to foster and nurture and they did an amazing job bringing them back to life!
Koda is friendly and fun and his goofy personality makes him stand out from his brothers right away and is the origin of his name. Koda, in Hawaiian, means "friend" and Koda is just that! He is an amazing friend waiting for his new best friend(s) to come into his life! Koda is one of the sweetest cats we have ever met... that is, when you can get him still enough! We think that Koda may have a little bit of monkey in him because he likes to jump and climb anything. He loves high places and anything he can bat around. Watch your back because he will jump on you without notice, but it’s all in good fun! He loves all the snuggles and kisses he can get. He is the perfect companion and his friends in TN will be cheering him on as he looks for his forever home!
HART requires that young kittens be adopted in pairs unless you have an existing kitten or young cat at home. This policy is NOT based on a desire to increase our number of adoptions. Rather this ensures that the kittens we rescue, nurture, and love are adopted into homes that offer the best possible environment for their social development. Most rescue groups have similar policies regarding kittens.
