Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Nessa Rose was brought in with her mom and four siblings. Apparently they had been wandering for some time. The feeling is they were either left in the backyard and unsocialized or they’ve been strays fending for themselves. That being said Nessa Rose is confused and scared. She doesn’t know what to make of the shelter environment. However she is slowly learning to receive affection. She is a six month old mixed breed probably part Parson, Russell Terrier, Retriever Lab, Siberian Husky mix. She weighs 50 pounds and came in to the Mesquite Animal Shelter on 12/18. She has so so much potential! She is dirty now and is not ready for a bath, but you can already see how pretty she is. When she’s clean she will be a real beauty. As for now, she will lick me and let me pet her. If you want to come in and work with her, that would be great! If you have the patience of Job and recognize her potential, please tag or adopt her. She wants to be an inside dog. Since she’s a work in progress, we will get out another evaluation unless she is tagged or adopted before then.
