Black-on-white tuxedo girl with an easygoing, independent personality. Cookie isn’t a constant cuddle cat, but she’s friendly, greets you at the door, and is very pettable before meals. She enjoys sharing your space without needing to be the center of attention—and has recently decided that sleeping tucked behind your knees or at your feet at night is just right.

A cheerful, low-maintenance companion for someone who wants a sweet presence without nonstop snuggles.

With an approved application, applicants are considered for the pet they have applied for. Our goal is to make the best match for both the adopting family and the pet. Applications are NOT considered on a first come first served basis. Following an initial meet and great, potential adopters must pass a home inspection and sleepovers are strongly encouraged to ensure a perfect fit. Upon approval, the adoptive family is required to pay a fee and sign an adoption agreement. Fees are $200 for a puppy under a year and $150 for adults and include spay/neuter, current vaccines, microchip and many wonderful years of companionship.

Our 100% volunteer organization helps sick/injured animals, urgent or needy shelter pets, and community animals needing to be rehomed. We render assistance to our local shelters.
