Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Snickers was surrendered due to unforeseen circumstances in his home and though his owners loved him they were struggling with their own health and were unable to provide for Snickers. Snickers is an active dog who will be happiest with regular exercise. He is not a go go go kind of dog but is best behaved when having a positive outlet for his energy! Snickers is a very good boy. He is potty trained and will wait at the door when he needs to go potty. He is also crate trained and was typically crated when left alone, if not crated on occasion he would chew household items. He also walks well on a leash and knows the cues “sit”, “stay”, “down” and “treat”. Snickers has a goofy personality and is bound to put a smile on your face. He was known to enjoy showers and was always happy to go bye bye. Snickers loves attention and is always happy to be hugged on. He has loved everyone he`s met and is said to do good with children too! Snickers has not lived with cats or other small animals but does good with other dogs. Snickers has not been reactive towards the other dogs in the shelter either and may enjoy having a friend in his new home. We can always accommodate a dog meet and greet prior to adopting if needed. Snickers could make a great addition to most homes. If you feel that your home would be a great fit for Snickers then we would love for you to come by and meet him!
