Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi there, I`m Noelle! As you can probably tell from my cute little face, I`m quite the charming lady. While I`m not the biggest fan of being picked up, I do enjoy getting to know new people at my own pace. I may be a bit nervous around strangers at first, but I promise I`ll warm up to you in no time! Just give me a little time and a lot of love, and you`ll have a purring partner in crime. I can`t wait to find my forever home and shower you with all the love I have to give. How did I get here? Brought in by a good Samaritan.
**I am currently living at the admission center - please fill out a survey and select a phone appointment to complete the adoption process. Once that process is complete, your adoption specialist will schedule a time for you to meet me in person!**
~My adoption fee is $65.00.~

More about this rescue
The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) of Wake County is dedicated to creating a more humane community where every adoptable animal has a home. Each year the SPCA rehomes over 3,500 animals through its innovative adoption programs.
The mission of the SPCA is to transform the lives of pets and people through protection, care, education, and adoption.
The SPCA of Wake County is a local, independent, non-profit organization that receives no government funding or tax dollars. We rely almost entirely on private donations to fund our annual operating budget of $3 million. The SPCA of Wake County is not affiliated with, nor do we receive funding from the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
