My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Ever dreamed of meeting Siamese twins? Ash and Elm, born in May of 2023, aren’t literally attached, but these bonded brothers are inseparable in their love and devotion.

Ash, the braver of the two, is a smart and talkative explorer. He’s already started clicker training and picked it up quickly, proving how treat-motivated and intelligent he is. Elm, on the other hand, is a little shy at first but quickly warms up into a velcro cat, never wanting to leave your side (or lap!).

Both boys are affectionate lap cats—sometimes they’ll even squeeze onto your lap together. They adore belly rubs and full-body cat massages, making them the perfect companions for anyone who loves interactive and cuddly cats.

These handsome Siamese brothers are looking for a home where they can play, snuggle, and thrive together. With patience and more treats, their foster believes they’d excel in continued training. They are very vocal cats, especially around mealtime, so a shared wall environment would not be a good fit for them.

Are you ready to welcome this dynamic duo into your heart and home?

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process includes adoption application which can be completed at our website wagsmn.org. Current fees can also be accessed on our website. After reviewing your application, a meeting is scheduled between you and the pet in the foster’s home or a neutral dog friendly place. If there are any resident dogs in your home, it is required that the dogs meet at this time. After the meeting, a home visit is scheduled and, if everything goes well with the visit, the adoption is finalized. A home visit by one of our representatives is required prior to finalizing any adoption, and we must meet all members of the household where the pet will be living sometime during the adoption process. We reserve the right to refuse any applicant for any reason Adoption fee includes: vet exam(s), spay/neuter, de-worming, heartworm test (if 6 months of age or older), vaccinations, microchip, and FIV/FeLv testing (for cats only). Email is the best way to get a fast response (wagswhiskersmn@gmail.com).
