My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say Hello To Junior!

This guy is a fun loving happy hound mix. He is quite inquisitive anywhere he goes, and enjoys sniffing and investigating every environment he enters. The only thing he loves more than sniffing around is leaning on you, and getting pets! At 6 years old he has the perfect temperament and energy level, he loves other dogs, and he is happy to go on casual strolls or just hangout on the couch. We think he would make a great family companion dog.

If you want to bring this sweet boy home please fill out an adoption application!

Additional adoption info

Matchmaking is what we love to do. We do our very best to find the best fit for the pets awaiting adoption at the Rhode Island SPCA. The first step to adopting a dog from the Rhode Island SPCA is filling out an adoption application. If your application is selected, you will be contacted and asked if you would like to schedule a meet & greet. Because of the volume of applications we receive, sometimes we can only respond to the selected applicant. You are always welcome to contact us anytime about the status of your application at adoption@rispca.com.
