What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Jack’s original owner surrendered him to us after we had caught him over 5+ times on our street due to her careless handling/ caring of him. He has been with us for over a month now & has started to show signs of food aggression with our other two dogs. Our oldest dog (6) has been showing signs of distress and aggression due to Jack & his behavior as well. Jack is outstanding with small children & all genders. He is a smart, gentle, and very compassionate dog. While we would love to be able to keep him, we can’t afford physically or emotionally to be able to keep him in our care. He would be best fit as a single dog household but he does get along great with cats surprisingly! He does talk often, loves VERY hard, and has the sweetest face i’ve ever seen. It breaks our hearts to have to do this but we would rather him get to a fit, loving home before it’s too late.
