My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Suki, the cutest little Pug you’ll ever lay eyes on! She can't see you but she can't wait to meet you!
This perfect little girl is all about spreading love and happiness. She adores gentle pets and will nudge you with her nose for more if you stop too soon! Suki is a social butterfly who gets along great with other dogs and wouldn’t mind sharing her space with a furry sibling. She’s got that classic pug charm—playful, cuddly, and oh-so-sweet.
Whether it’s lounging by your side, going on a stroll, or just soaking up the sunshine, Suki is ready to be your new best friend.

Here's some notes from her foster:

Suki is a marvel. She has lived in two different shelters, is blind and hard of hearing, yet takes it all in her stride. She is unfailingly friendly and sweet, happy to relax and snuggle with her humans and comfortable meeting with new people and pups.

When Suki first came home with us, she was understandably nervous and had trouble navigating her new space. Over the past two weeks with us, however, she has proven to be a bold explorer of her new home base, finding her way around and branching out into new areas. She does at times get confused/turned around and needs help finding her way to a good spot, but she is definitely getting better and better at mapping her space.

She seems to be potty trained as long as she is able to go out at various times during the day. She had a few accidents while she adjusted to our place and we figured out when she was signaling that she needed to go out. Since then, everything has been going smoothly. She is very quiet. We have yet to hear her bark.

She is the cutest sleeper, resting her face between her outstretched front paws. She naps multiple times a day, roaming around until either finds or falls into a comfy blanket or dog bed.
