Meet Rolo! 🍬
Hello there! I’m Rolo, your future best friend, and I’m here to roll my way into your heart. I’m an 11-month-old, neutered, brown tabby with a serious passion for cuddles, pets, and, of course, looking absolutely adorable while I do it. I’m the total package: sweet, loving, and I’m already house-trained (no litter box disasters here, folks).
I get along with other cats, because, well, I’m just that chill. No drama—just love, snuggles, and occasional nap time. My hobbies include demanding belly rubs, sitting in laps like a professional, and giving you those "I love you" eyes until you can’t resist petting me.
I’m current on all my vaccines and ready to go home with someone who appreciates the finer things in life: unconditional love, endless cuddles, and an all-access pass to my fluffy belly. My adoption fee is $90, but I’m priceless when it comes to being the best cuddle buddy you’ll ever have.

Our cat adoption fee is $75 and our dog adoption fee is $85. This covers one set of basic vaccines including rabies, vet exam, spay/neuter, fecal and general dewormer at Lincoln Vet.

More about this shelter

We are the Animal Control Facility for the City of Talladega. We provide animal control services for the entire county of Talladega excluding the city limits of Lincoln, Sylacauga, and Childersburg. We work with lots of rescues all over the US and Canada. We do some local adoptions but don't have many people come in locally looking to adopt. A lot of our pets are transferred to our rescue partners. We do accept donations of cleaning supplies, dry cat/kitten, dry dog/puppy food, cat litter, and chew toys. We are also always looking for short term foster homes for our pets going to rescues. Usually it's only for a 2-4 week period before the pet leaves for his/her rescue.
