My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**Meet Shadow!**

Shadow is a lovable 2-year-old Boxer mix with a heart full of affection and a playful personality. This sweet girl adores people, especially children, and can’t wait to be your cuddle buddy. Shadow will shower you with love and brighten your days with her loyal companionship.

She’s looking for a forever home where she can be the star of the show as the only pet. Shadow thrives in a calm environment where she can enjoy her meals in peace and won’t need to share her space. Since she has a strong prey drive for cats, a feline-free home is a must.

If you’re ready to give Shadow all the love and attention she deserves, she’ll reward you with endless tail wags and unforgettable moments.

Stop by the shelter to meet Shadow and see if she’s the perfect match for your family!

More about this shelter

We have a small, rural, government-run Animal Control facility dedicated solely to dogs. This entails accepting both owner surrenders and stray animals found on the streets. Our team consists of four dedicated individuals: two full-time Animal Control Officers, one part-time Kennel Tech, and one part-time Animal Care Assistant. We have limited office staff, and our presence in the office may be intermittent. For the most reliable communication, please reach out by phone. While we do not have a voicemail system, calls will be forwarded to our dispatch center where you can leave a message. Additionally, all transactions are by appointment only.
