My name is Coco!

Coco is a petite 8 lb., 11-year-old female Chihuahua whose owner surrendered her due to financial hard times. She is a very sweet little dog who seems to like everyone she meets, although she does tend to attach to one person and wants to be with that person as much as possible. She gets along with other small dogs and gentle, laid-back bigger dogs. Despite being an older dog, she`s young at heart and enjoys playing occasionally, once she feels safe and secure. She`s had a dental and has only 4 teeth remaining, so will need small kibble dry food or wet food. She is hypothyroid and takes medication twice daily (and it must be consistent). The medication is relatively inexpensive. She uses potty pads when her foster family is away, or if the weather is too harsh.
