Smokey Ray came to Rescue through a small town Humane Society, they asked the Rescue to help him find a home. He was a stray but has been living in a loving foster home now, safely off the streets.. He's super friendly with people, loves to snuggle and just keep you company. Smokey Ray's adoption fee is $150 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.
