Meet Judd! Judd came in from another shelter as a transfer in, where prior to that he was found stray. We do not know a lot of his background, but we do know how loving and playful he is. Judd would make a great addition to anyone! He loves people, and wants to be held and kissed, and he loves to play with toys as well. He even loves belly rubs, which is rare for a cat! Come in and meet Judd before he gets snatched up.
