Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Lucy: Your Future Best Friend!
Lucy is a delightful one-year-old Jack Russell Terrier-Chihuahua mix weighing in at a petite 13 pounds. This lively little lady was found wandering the streets of Downey, California, where a kind-hearted Samaritan rescued her and took her to the vet to check for a microchip. Sadly, no one came forward to claim this precious pup.
After hanging flyers in hopes of reuniting Lucy with her family, the good Samaritan realized she could not keep Lucy due to her declining health. Though it was a hard decision, she wanted the best for Lucy, who deserves a loving and active forever home.
Lucy has been spayed and is up-to-date on all vaccinations, making her ready to embark on her new adventure. With a spirit full of joy and a heart that radiates happiness, Lucy is looking for a family that enjoys playtime, walks, and snuggles. She adores toys and has a special fondness for children, making her the perfect companion for families of all shapes and sizes.
This sweet girl comes with all the essentials for her new life, including her favorite toys, a comfy bed, food, a leash, and a collar.
At Concerned Citizens Animal Rescue, we believe every animal deserves a loving home. Let's work together to make Lucy's holiday season a joyous one by offering her the forever love she truly deserves.
If you're interested in adopting Lucy and giving her the home she craves, please reach out to us at info@concernedcitizensanimalrescue.org. You can also fill out our adoption application at the following link: [Adoption Application](https://concernedcitizensanimalrescue.org/adoption-application/).
