Part-time model, full-time goofball
Serenity is a delightful 6-month-old spayed female Shepherd mix, weighing 30 pounds with plenty of room to grow. This affectionate and intelligent girl is driven by a desire to learn and please, thriving on treats and praise. Serenity's energetic yet adaptable nature makes her an excellent fit for active families or those with energetic dogs.
She is a social butterfly who loves people, dogs, and kids. However, due to her energetic playstyle, we recommend a home with children aged 8+, or families with kids who have experience with dogs, as she can get overexcited and jump up during playtime.
She is medically up to date, is doing very well with housetraining, and crate trained. Apply to meet this sweet girl today!
Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs. We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted. As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save. We believe that ALL dogs deserve a second chance. Thank you for your support and understanding!
