My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Will make an excellent companion! Not a good livestock guardian.
Rhino has been raised outdoors on our farm with his mom and dad. Rhino’s breed is meant to do so and to guard livestock. He’s struggled with this. We had a trainer come in to help. The result is that he’s great at walking on a leash and with a little refresher he’ll be great off leash. (I can go over commands)
However, he still goes after goats and sheep by thinking that they are to play with but to the point where he almost kills them. He’s not a vicious dog by any means but rather a smart one that needs a job to do was what our trainer explained. We can’t have him hurting our animals since his job is to keep them safe nor can we have eyes on him all the time for this reason.
He’s beautiful and loves being cuddled would make an excellent pet. Good with kids and dogs. Lives outside. Needs proper fencing as he’s big and agile.
