Meet Kevin McAllister!

This is Kevin, a six-week-old Labrador-Hound mix who’s as clever, brave, and lovable as his Home Alone namesake. After facing off against parvovirus (the doggy equivalent of the Wet Bandits), Kevin has come out victorious and is almost ready to pack his bags and find his forever home.

He’s up-to-date on his vaccines, super cute, and always ready to snuggle—when he’s not busy setting up elaborate traps (aka dragging your socks around). Kevin’s got the charm to win over any crowd, and his heart’s as big as the McCallister house.

Southern Tails Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit, supported by local community donations in order to ensure the physical and medical well-being of the dogs. We rely solely on the financial support of our donors’ generosity as well as any fundraisers we host, and the time and energy of our volunteers. We focus on rescuing dogs from rural shelters and streets in the surrounding areas of Charleston, South Carolina. We believe every paw has a tale.
