Copperfield, named for the magician because he is a little trickster. He is very smart and curious. He gets along very well with his sister, Fay Presto, and they should be adopted as a pair. Copperfield is a black tabby and in strong light you can see his tabby stripes (one of the photos shows this). He is very sweet and charming but also can be a playful little imp. They would make a nice pair for any type of home.

He has been neutered, microchipped, deflead and dewormed, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, and had his first shots.

An application, virtual safety homecheck, landlord approval if renting, and an adoption fee are required. Discount to seniors, military/veterans, and with proof of disability.

More about this rescue

We rescue animals from high kill shelters or abandoned local strays and foster them until they find an adoptive home. Our southern branch also goes out on emergency rescue calls for cats in drain and sewer pipes, up trees, stuck in walls etc. Transport in available up and down the state of CA. We also TNR local stray and feral populations. The plight of homeless animals moves us deeply. It is unspeakably horrific to see gentle loving animals killed simply because they are homeless. While we cannot save them all, each one saved deserves it. We are a 501c3 registered, CA non-profit corporation.
