Meet our sweet Dani...she is an AKC registered female Bi-Color German Shepherd. She came to us as her owner was moving and could not take her with him. We do have her papers but can't give them to her new adopters as her owner forgot to sign them and we can't give his information out due to privacy laws. Dani is a great girl, who has so much potential that it's amazing. There is nothing that she can't learn and learn it with gusto to boot. She has a great toy drive and loves her stuffed animals. She is good with most other dogs, but has taken a real dislike to our small female Sheltie and has jumped on her twice....no harm done but it sure did scare her and us, so we would advise no small dogs or cats....just to not take a chance. She has been great with our teenage grandchildren and they have had a great time with her. Dani is loving and devoted to her family. You can't miss with this girl! New Beginnings Shepherd Rescue is a volunteer based rescue, we work very hard to help as many adoptable GSDs as possible. Most of our dogs come from high kill shelters across the country, so sadly we do not have any background information on them.....but we work very hard to get to know each and every dog brought into our program in need of a new beginning in their lives. We do not take animals with aggression problems (some may not like other dogs, cats, or may require older kids as opposed to younger children, but we will let you know everything that we know) most of these beautiful dogs have been faithful and loving family pets for their entire lives, yet still have lost their homes and families through no fault of their own.
