Krispie is new to rescue, he is a Labradoodle about 12-14 months old, male weighs 38 pounds. He is shy around people at this time, afraid of being hurt, he is learning not all people are mean. Does ok with non dominate dogs, cats unknown, better with children over 10 that are dog respectful. Will be taking applications after 12/20 on him. Located in southern Idaho, transport is provided to approved adopter, email journeyhomerescue@outlook.com for Krispie.

Due to COVID we may ask for pictures of home and yard

Additional adoption info

Fees range between $150-$650. An adoption application, followed by a check of references, such as Veterinarian, and a home check and or pictures. After which the board will go over all the information and decide what is the best for the animal.

At present we are a foster based rescue. People are welcome to come meet our animals in their foster homes by appointment. In the future we will have adoption events in our areas.

More about this rescue

The founders of the multi state rescue have over 80 years of experience in rescue. We saw the need to use our experience to help and we formed Journey Home. Our love and passion for helping neglected, injured, abandoned, homeless animals is our utmost priority. Educating the communities on the need for spayed, neuter, and vaccines and training as needed. We rely on donations, and fundraisers and grants to help sustain the rescue.
