My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Buddy the Elf (Dog Edition)!

Smiling’s his favorite! Buddy is a six-week-old Labrador-Hound mix who’s as cheerful and full of puppy energy as his namesake from Elf. He’s been spreading holiday cheer (and puppy kisses) to everyone he meets, even while bravely recovering from parvovirus.

Buddy is cute, cuddly, and guaranteed to make you laugh—whether he’s chasing his tail or sniffing out "the four main food groups": kibble, treats, belly rubs, and love. Now up to date on vaccines and on the road to recovery, he’s almost ready to find his forever family.

If you’re looking for a puppy who believes every day is Christmas and every moment is a chance for joy, Buddy’s your guy. But be warned—he may try to cuddle you in your sleep or attempt to make friends with your furniture. Could Buddy be your new best friend? Don’t be a cotton-headed ninny-muggins—apply to adopt him today!
