Meet Cindy Lou Who!

Just like her namesake from The Grinch, Cindy Lou Who is full of sweetness, wonder, and a heart that’s already growing three sizes every day! This six-week-old Labrador-Hound mix is as curious as she is cuddly, with big puppy eyes that seem to say, "Why can’t we all just love each other?"

Cindy Lou has been a brave little Whoville hero, recovering from parvovirus with the same resilience that would make even the Grinch proud. She’s now on the mend, up-to-date on her vaccines, and getting ready to light up her forever home.

Southern Tails Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit, supported by local community donations in order to ensure the physical and medical well-being of the dogs. We rely solely on the financial support of our donors’ generosity as well as any fundraisers we host, and the time and energy of our volunteers. We focus on rescuing dogs from rural shelters and streets in the surrounding areas of Charleston, South Carolina. We believe every paw has a tale.
