Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Juno is a four-year-old, 45-pound, sweet, cuddly and affectionate, female black and white terrier-mix looking for a loving guardian.
Juno lost her home when her human passed away. She was taken in by family, however their dog doesn’t appreciate her presence. She is friendly and loving to all humans.
She lived in the country and hardly ever went on walks, but she’s adapting beautifully to city life. She’s strong, but walks nicely on leash and is not at all reactive to other dogs. We haven’t tried her with cats yet.
Juno is perfectly housebroken, good in the car, and well-behaved in the home.
She is working on her crate training. Juno knows the command sit and takes treats ever so gently from your fingers.
She’s probably looking for a similar situation as the one and only canine to loyally spend her day shadowing her human. But, she’s open to meeting other dogs to see how they get along.
She is extremely healthy, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm-tested and on monthly preventative.
Her adoption fee of $175 benefits the Friends of Petraits Rescue. She comes complete with everything you need to care for her.
To meet and possibly adopt Juno, please fill out an adoption application at https://friendsofpetraits.com/dog-adoption-application/ and follow up to meet her by e-mailing friendsofpetraits@gmail.com
She is currently living in Chicago’s Ravenswood Manor neighborhood.
