Prancer is the sweetest Shih Tzu looking for a forever home! This little guy is about 4 years old and the happiest little soul. He has obviously been quite neglected but we know the perfect home will come along and give him the life of luxury! He is good with other dogs, cats and kids. He has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
