Penelope came to us from a local shelter. Penelope is a wiggle butt with everyone she meets and loves everyone! She would do well in any home. She does know her basic commands like "sit" or "down" but we are working on some manners:)

Example, if you have many small children and pets, we would not place a timid pet in your home. We do this so there is less chance of returning to our rescue! If we think we have a better fit for you, we will make suggestions!

We are a small family owned rescue! We are mostly foster based but do house on our property when available. Our mission is to create a safe, loving, and comfortable place for animals at risk of euthanasia or in need of a home. We are their safe space before finding their forever. While in our care, each animal is treated and loved like family.
