Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! I’m Maxine and I’m here looking for my furever home. I am a young girl, about 12 weeks (born around mid-September). I’m a fun-loving, energetic terrier mix and I would love to make you smile every single day.
Remember, I am a puppy. You will have to teach me how to be a good girl. I need a family with patience and the time to spend teaching me all the good stuff (sit, stay – you know, good dog stuff).
So far, I have loved everyone I’ve met. I love to play with other dogs, I am good around kids, but as a puppy chances are I will play with my mouth. So I’d probably be best with older dog savvy kids. I don’t know about cats. I’ve never met one.
I am a cuddly girl. I love sleeping on the bed with my foster mom. I don’t like my crate, it makes me cry to be in there, but I’m told one day I will love it. I am still working on housebreaking, but I give good signals – if you’re watching.
Summing up, I’m adorable, fun, cuddly and a work in progress. What do you think? Are you my furever family?
Maxine has been spayed, is current on age-appropriate vaccines and has been microchipped.
If you are interested in adopting, please complete an adoption application on our website (uaaf.org/adopt). For more information, call/text Randee at 801-232-8157 or email randeekrichardson@gmail.com
