JUST A SMALL TOWN GIRL!! Kira is still a puppy and has found herself abandoned at a shelter, not once but twice! She hasn't let that dampen her spirits though and is full of happy, playful energy with everyone she meets. She loves all the things! Toys, treats, people, dogs, puppies, basically everything is new and exciting for this peppy princess. She does enjoy some lap time cuddles but only after she's has some play time. This young lady is so eager to please, we think training could be fun for both her and her new family. We know puppies can be a lot of work but with routine, patience and commitment, Kira will make someone an awesome best friend!
All PAWS cats and dogs are current on the vaccinations appropriate for their age. Those who are confirmed over 4 months old or older will have their rabies vaccinations. Age permitting, dogs/puppies are tested for heartworm disease. Cats/kittens are tested (and are negative) for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV). All are treated with flea/tick prevention and given internal parasite preventative on a regular basis. All are microchipped (for their safety and the adopter's peace of mind) as part of the adoption fee.
