My name is Nala!

We’ve had Nala for about 3 ½ years, and she’s approximately 4 years old we got her from a relative. She is a purebred female German Shepherd. Nala lived with us and a small female Chihuahua, and they got along just fine.

She has been through training recently for a board and train for the last month and a half, and we were told she did well with other dogs and that everyone loved her. However, Nala does have anxiety; initially, she will bark a lot, but once you pet her, she calms down. We haven’t had her around many dogs, so we can’t say for certain how she interacts with them, but her trainer mentioned she did fine and explained that her anxiety stems from low confidence.

Nala is a very loving and intelligent dog. Unfortunately, we’ve had to move to a small apartment and can no longer keep her. It’s a heartbreaking decision, but our priority is to find her a loving home where she will be happy and well cared for.
