My name is Chile and I am a female Turquoise Green Cheek Conure. I was born in 2020 and my family was not able to spend much time with me so I am looking for a new forever home. I eat Zupreem natural pellets and will step up. I like to be preened by my people.

Step 2: Phone interview
Step 3: Initial visit with birds
Step 4: Second visit and take home bird
Please Note: the adoption fee does not include a cage, but we do sometimes have used cages for sale. A few days worth of food is included, and usually each bird comes with at least one free toy.

Burge Bird Rescue is attached to Burge Bird Services, a 100% avian veterinary hospital in the south Kansas City Missouri area. We are a no-kill nonprofit shelter for all kinds of birds from finches to macaws, from pigeons to ducks. Many of our birds have special needs, and no bird is ever turned away due to medical issues. In 2013 we helped over 300 birds in need!
