My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Yule, a puppy with a heart full of joy and a spirit that`s brimming with energy. His personality is a delightful mix of sweet and goofy, and he never fails to lighten up the atmosphere with his playful antics. Yule is also a little shy, but don`t let that fool you. Once he warms up to you, he`ll be your most loyal companion. His energy is contagious, and he loves nothing more than a good play session. Yule is waiting for a loving home where he can share his abundant love and playful energy. He would make a wonderful addition to any family, bringing joy, laughter, and companionship. Give Yule a chance to fill your home with love and happiness.

More about this shelter

West Valley Humane Society is an open-admission animal shelter in Southern Idaho. Serving all of Canyon County, and surrounding areas. We take in the stray, surrendered, abandoned, neglected animals in our community. In 2017, we took in 7,778 animals. We believe that every animal deserves a second chance.

We contract with the cities of Nampa, Caldwell and Canyon County to house stray and owner surrender animals that their ACO's, or the general public, bring to us.
