My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I adopted Cooper in 2020 from the SPCA when they estimated him to be 2 yrs old. Cooper is a lover with anyone he knows and trusts but has severe anxiety issues and fear based reactivity on leash. He is very protective of his loved ones which is both a benefit and a challenge at times. He loves cuddling and wearing sweaters and overall is not a high energy dog. He is also very smart and strong headed like most shepherds.
Cooper needs routine and predictability which has made city life very challenging for him. He gets along well, even sometimes great with some dogs and with others he really struggles. He has not spent much time around kids but I would not recommend it without experienced knowledge of dog reactivity. Absolutely no cats.
I'd love to see him find a home that can stimulate his drive to work
