My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Eggnog

Eggnog is an 8 year old Chihuahua/Poodle mix. He is 11lbs, neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and had a recent dental.

Eggnog came to us after being a long time stray and is learning to be an indoor pet again. He LOVES to play fetch and play with toys. He does well with cats and dogs but does have resource guarding issues. He has not been exposed to livestock or children. But with resource guarding issues it is not recommended for him to live with small children.

Eggnog is still working on potty training.

Eggnog loves to be held and is a total lap dog. He loves to go on walks and car adventures. His overall health is great. Recent bloodwork was done and nothing of concern was noted. He is not on any medications.

Eggnog had a recent shave due to the extreme matting that he came in with. But eventually will need regular grooming.

Eggnog is also male selective which may be due to past trauma.

Eggnog is special little boy who is looking for his forever home. He will love you with all of his being and is extremely loyal. If interested please fill out a statement of interest on the Alternative Humane Society Website.
