Meet Zeke!

Are you ready to welcome boundless love, laughter, and snuggles into your life? Meet Zeke, the 6-month-old mixed-breed pup who’s winning hearts left and right. A delightful blend of Black Mouth Cur, Shepherd, and just a pinch of Husky mischief, Zeke is the perfect mix of charm, smarts, and goofball energy.

Zeke’s story began in South Carolina, where he and his siblings were surrendered to a shelter. Thanks to SNARR, Zeke made his way to New York, where he’s thriving in a loving foster home and learning all the skills he needs to be the ultimate family companion.

Here’s what makes Zeke so special:

 The Ultimate Snuggle Buddy
Zeke’s happy place is right by your side—whether it’s lounging on the couch, curling up after a fun day, or offering endless hugs. He’s all about love and affection!

 Playful Yet Easygoing
Zeke is as versatile as they come! He’s thrilled to go on walks, hikes, or play sessions with other dogs. But when it’s time to relax, he’s perfectly content to snuggle up for a Netflix marathon.

 Smart and Quick to Learn
This bright boy already knows sit, down, and come—and is working on leave it, off, and wait. While he’s still perfecting them, he’s eager to please and thrives with positive reinforcement (and yummy treats!).

 A Friend to All
Zeke loves every person and dog he meets! His friendly, easygoing nature shines through, even when other dogs bark or snap at him. He’s never aggressive and takes everything in stride.

 Goofball Energy
Zeke’s silly side will keep you laughing. He’s a bit uncoordinated when it comes to catching a ball—it bonks him on the nose every time—but his enthusiasm and goofy charm are irresistible.

 Great Progress in Training
Zeke is doing wonderfully with housebreaking, asking to go outside and only having the occasional excitement-related accident. He sleeps through the night in his crate like a champ, although he’d much prefer to be out and about with his people during the day.Could Zeke be the missing piece to your family? Don’t wait! Submit an application today and let this sweet, snuggly, and oh-so-lovable pup start the new year right—in your arms.

Whoever adopts Zeke will truly be lucky—he’s sweet, smart, cuddly, and ready to be your best friend. Don’t wait to bring this incredible pup home. Submit an application today and start your new year with Zeke by your side!

Ready to make Zeke yours? Apply now and give this amazing boy the happy ending he deserves!

IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption.
