COOKIE & DIVA—

Double the pleasure, double the fun, it doesn’t get any better than these two little ones!! Give a cheery Season’s Greetings to COOKIE & DIVA who slipped in on Santa’s sleigh just in time to find a FOSTER or FUREVER home to make it the most magical holiday!! You have to be wondering how these two incredibly good looking gals got here?!! An independent rescuer actually contacted us about surrendering this perfect pair who’d been living with a homeless person in South LA. Cookie is a Boston in spirit but is actually a Frenchie (but sshhh don’t tell her)! She’s 5 years young, 14 lbs. and is as cute as they come. Darling little Diva has a set of ears to die for, is only 1, weighs just 13 lbs. and looks like a load of personality and fun! And other than that, we don’t have any more facts. But we’re hoping with your help we can give COOKIE and DIVA the much deserved gift of a warm home for the holidays and hopefully every day thereafter; a home where we can watch their beautifully unique personalities blossom, a place where they can explore, where they can thrive, where they can shine (because we certainly know they will), and where they can learn the greatness of a great life indoors! Besides an ear infection for Cookie, both of our beauties have a clean bill of health, are microchipped, spayed, heartworm and fecal tested (both negative) and chomping at the bits to break free from the vet’s boarding facility!

It’s easy to see Cookie and Diva have sweetness in their souls and we’re certain they’re dying to share it! Boston Buddies adopts its dogs to loving and caring homes located in Southern California. We do not place our dogs in homes with children under the age of eight. The first step in adopting a Boston Buddy is to submit an Adoption Application which can be downloaded at our website, www.bostonbuddies.org. After a home visit with one of our volunteers and approval of the Application we will arrange meetings with dogs that will be compatible with the approved adopter. An Adoption Application and Adoption Fee is required, as well as follow up visits.

Boston Buddies is a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing Boston Terriers who are abandoned, neglected or abused and placing them in permanent, loving homes. Our ultimate purpose is to match homeless or potentially homeless Boston Terriers with loving, permanent families specifically interested in the breed. We do not have a brick and mortar kennel facility. Instead, we provide our rescue dogs with temporary foster care in private homes located throughout Southern California where we can assess their personality and preferences. All of our dogs are examined by a vet and provided all necessary medical treatment, vaccinated, spayed or neutered and put on heartworm preventative.
