Meet Milk🤍

With People: Milk is initially shy around strangers but quickly warms up and loves to play. She’s a clingy puppy who loves to stay close to familiar people.
With Dogs: She is timid and tends to observe from a safe distance. However, she gets along very well with her littermates and other familiar dogs.
With Cats: Milk ignores quiet cats but may want to join in the fun if they start running around, showing her playful side.
Separation Anxiety: Milk is very independent and stays calm when left alone.
Potty Training: Milk is almost fully potty trained, occasionally mistaking bath mats for pads but generally uses the pee pad correctly.
Walking and Exploration: Since her vaccinations are not yet complete, she’s currently enjoying nose walks (exploring scents).
Car Sickness: Milk is a great traveler—she falls asleep quickly in the car.

💌 Special Notes💌

Training Needs: As a young puppy, Milk may require training for separation anxiety, potty habits, gentle biting, whining, mischief, howling, and barking.
Unknown Genetics: Her shedding tendencies and adult size are unpredictable due to unknown parentage.
Vocalization: Occasionally whines, especially when she wants to climb onto high surfaces like a sofa or bed.
Learning Abilities: Milk mastered the “sit” command in just one day! She’s very responsive to her name, eagerly running over when called—even mid-nap.
Play Habits: She sometimes gently nibbles on hands during play but does so very softly.
Personality: Milk has a calm and sweet temperament. She’s lively and playful during playtime but also has a cuddly and affectionate side.

❗Health Status❗

Spayed: Not yet
Other: Currently being treated for giardia. Due to her young age, she is fed a mix of wet food and kibble.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

All our dogs fly from South Korea to the US and Canada when their adoptions are finalized so the adopters cannot go through "meet and greet."
But once applicants pass zoom interview, we will connect adopter to foster team for the most up to date news as well as photos and videos. The adopter can post any questions and can make video call as well.
Please hold our dog's hands so that they can forget about the painful past and live happily.

More about this rescue

ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.

We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.

Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.

In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.

Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
