My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Just arrived in Colorado after two years of living in a shelter and despite all of that she is a very good girl

We are guessing she is between 3 and 4 years old and a Shepherd/Collie mix of some sort

**she’s sooo happy and loving her hikes and walks ! She is an active girl that would love an active home. Goes for runs with her foster mom
**Playing and hanging out with other dogs has really helped her confidence. She is doing well with the other dogs in her foster home so another dog in the home to play with and learn from would be a plus. Without other dogs she is much more skittish
**good with older kids but young high traffic loud households might be too much for her at this time of her coming out of her shell
**she is now living in a home with cats and is doing well with supervision. Shes mostly scared of them right now

She comes with 2 free dog training sessions as all our dogs do

“A Dog Rescue Doing More than Dog Rescue”
We are a young rescue (3rd year anniversary in Jan 2023), but we are here to lead the way of what rescue actually means and set the standard so others can follow.

We are doing more than just rescuing the dog.
We hold monthly group training classes for the community (yes, even those without rescue dogs).

We provide free training for our foster families.
We provide free training for our adoptive families.
We are doing more than just rescuing the dog, we are changing the pattern of surrendering by providing knowledge and education through our community.
It seems like a simple thought of course, but one that many rescue groups do not follow.
