My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Just arrived in Colorado after two years of living in a shelter and despite all of that she is a very good girl

**Very sweet and friendly girl that has been at the shelter in Texas for too long
**She was super shy the first 24 hours with us not wanting to leave her crate, now she’s sooo happy and loving her hikes and walks ! She is an active girl that would love an active home
**Playing and hanging out with other dogs has really helped her confidence. She is doing well with the other dogs in her foster home
**She gets spooked by loud noises and is living on a mountain property right now so giving her some time to adjust if you live in a busy town is going to be needed and another dog to walk her with will be a plus!
**good with older kids but young high traffic loud households might be too much for her
**she has not be cat tested but we are more than happy to do that

We are guessing she is between 3 and 4 years old

She comes with 2 free dog training sessions as all our dogs do

More about this rescue

“A Dog Rescue Doing More than Dog Rescue”
We are a young rescue (3rd year anniversary in Jan 2023), but we are here to lead the way of what rescue actually means and set the standard so others can follow.

We are doing more than just rescuing the dog.
We hold monthly group training classes for the community (yes, even those without rescue dogs).

We provide free training for our foster families.
We provide free training for our adoptive families.
We are doing more than just rescuing the dog, we are changing the pattern of surrendering by providing knowledge and education through our community.
It seems like a simple thought of course, but one that many rescue groups do not follow.
