Yuki is a 13-week-old white kitten with a heart as big as her purrs! Born with CH (Cerebellar Hypoplasia), which affects her balance and coordination, she tends to wobble and flop over when she moves but never wavers in her determination. Despite her challenges, she uses the litter box with just occasional mishaps and will require some human assistance help at mealtime. Yuki is one of two survivors from a litter of five, and her journey so far has been nothing short of miraculous. Despite her challenges, she’s blossoming into a sweet, gentle soul who is completely trustful of humans. With his first shots and deworming complete, This special girl is searching for a loving home or long-term foster where she can continue to thrive with patient, understanding humans by her side. With the right family, we know Yuki’s personality will shine even brighter as she grows and explores her world in her own wobbly, wonderful way.

Our cats are available for adoption for $250. Contracts must be signed accepting responsibility for the cats. Adopters must sign a 'Do not declaw' clause.

More about this rescue

Our main purpose is to save the lives of cats in danger of death, starvation and disease and to educate the public about cats in their homes and neighbourhoods. Some of our rescues are hand-picked from overcrowded local shelters. Others have been rescued from known “dump” sites. Still others may be trapped from lives outside by kind volunteers or families or may be surrendered by families who can no longer care for them for various reasons.
