My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"My idea of absolute happiness is to be with my dog." And K.C. and Turk will bring happiness to their new families.

K.C. and Turk are Labrador Retriever/Terrier mixes and are ten months old. They are so sweet and gentle and we truly enjoy their company.

These dear brothers do well on a leash and adore being close by your side on daily walks. K.C. and Turk also live to sit by your side to be petted and loved on.

K.C. and Turk are smart, eager to please dogs who should master any commands you wish to teach them.

More about this shelter

Cheatham County Animal Control is committed to finding good homes for the animals that come into the shelter system. We work with rescues and adopters. We are a no kill shelter but we rely on people coming in to adopt!

All of our cats/dogs receive vaccinations that are appropriate for the age and health when they are at animal control. We also spay and neuter all of our animals. The adopter is responsible for all vaccinations and medical care after adoption.
