My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gamora (Gammy): The Sweet, Shy Starlet

Gammy may have started out as a reserved little tabby, but this 5-month-old gray tabby girl is proving to be a superstar in her own right! While she takes her time warming up to new people, her loud, rumbling purr lets you know how much she appreciates your love during her favorite cuddle sessions.

Gammy snuggles up at bedtime and always stays close to the action, observing with her big, curious eyes. Don’t let her shy moments fool you—when the toys come out, she transforms into a playful, energetic kitten who keeps everyone entertained.

Gammy has been socialized with a large dog and other cats, so she’s ready for a home where she can continue to blossom. Could you be the one to help her shine?

Gammy is spayed, vaccinated, tested for FIV/FeLV, microchipped, flea-treated, and dewormed.

More about this rescue

Conquer the Colony is a 501c3 non-profit cat rescue. We are an in-home fostering rescue - meaning we foster from our own homes and do not have a central shelter space. Our main focus and mission is TNR - the trap, neuter, and return of feral cats. We are a small rescue that relies solely on donations and volunteer time. We work tirelessly to improve the lives of all cats, both feral and friendly.
