My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Animal Profile: Strawberry is a 7 week old female Terrier mix (best guess) who was surrendered to our foster.  The gentleman was living out of his car and needed help. Strawberry and her brother are thriving in their foster home and will be available for adoption once they are 8 weeks old.

Foster Update: Strawberry is an American bully or a pitbull type dog born October 19th. This little cutie was rescued from a Walmart parking lot at 4 weeks old and 4lbs.She was absolutely filthy and scared, but now at almost 8 weeks old Strawberry is a super sweet affectionate girl!  We had to put a bell on her collar to keep track of her because she's so quiet as she runs around searching for mischief to get into. She's very curious and not afraid of anything. She loves playing with the big dogs, but also loves snuggling up in a warm lap. She will snuggle up next to any warm body including the cat! She's doing really well with potty training and will sleep through the night without incident. She makes the cutest little "yip" sound when she wants to go out to pee.  Strawberry would do really well in a home with another dog companion to play with. She's great with dogs of all sizes, cats and children. She will grow into a big girl (around 80lbs) and would make the perfect addition to any family!

Adoption Info: Strawberry's adoption fee is $550 which includes her spay, core vaccinations Rabies and DPPV, microchip, and recent health check with a veterinarian. Adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization.

Animal History: Strawberry and her brother were surrendered to Dog Gone Seattle from their owner in  Poulsbo  Wa. They  will be available for adoption once we confirm they are healthy and well.
