My name is Maple!

I rescued Maple in 2015 when she was approximately 3 from the Wilmington Human Society in Wilmington, Ohio. She has been a great a loving dog over the years and remains in really good health. Maple loves to spend time cuddling up to her human in the winter and loves to roam outside and bask in the sun in the summer. I would love for her to have a fenced in back yard or a long leash where she can roam about and enjoy the outside. While I would love to keep Maple, she has not been good with my new child at home. We have tried a lot of things, but my son is now 3 and Maple has had to be confined to a room for much of his life and is clearly not happy.

Maple would need to be the only animal in the home and it would be best if any kids were above the age of 8. She is a really sweet pup and I hope to find her a loving home.
