Are you looking for a loving companion to share cozy moments and lazy afternoons? Meet Craig, our adorable Shih Tzu! At 3 years old, Craig is a low-energy, laid-back pup who thrives on relaxation and companionship.

Craig is a gentle soul who loves to nap next to his favorite humans and enjoys playing catch with his stuffed toys. He’s great with kids and gets along with calm cats and dogs—just give him a little space when he’s enjoying his downtime!

While Craig is a sweetheart, he can be a bit sensitive about having his face and ears touched, especially during grooming or vet visits. He may not be the biggest fan of handling in those situations, so he’ll need a patient and understanding owner who can help him build confidence. With some training on reactivity, he can learn to feel more comfortable around new friends.

Craig would thrive in a loving home where he can enjoy plenty of cuddles and quiet time. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who’s happy to lounge around but also enjoys a game of catch, Craig might be the perfect fit!

Does your foster need more work in the area of house training?

A: He is good but doesn't really ask for the door. If is in the crate he won't make mess.
He can use the peeped but I make sure to bring him outside before he use it.

A: Craig not showing aggressive toward other dog or people when walking on leash . But if a dog will come to close to him and smell him he may be reactive. Not bite but bark.
He is friendly to every human that he met.

Application, reference checks, home visits, and then a meeting or more before adoption. We DO charge an adoption fee. Our dogs are not Free!
All dogs are:
*spayed/neutered
*vaccinated DHPP+Rabies
*dewormed
*microchipped
*start flea prevention (during flea season)
*of course take care of medical issues/surgeries as needed
* Our dogs are loved in foster homes in the GTA and Surrounding area

We do not adopt out intact dogs so do not ask!

More about this rescue

We rescue mainly Bulldogs and other flat faced dogs!!!! We love the breeds and know they sometimes need extra care and love. Before you consider any of these breeds you should get familiar with the terms; cherry eye, entropian, dry eye, heat stroke, bloat, cruciate and know that sometimes these breeds can develop or have these issues. Also remember they drool, snore, pass gas and breath heavy this is not for everyone, but for us it is normal!
