Buster is a charming 3-year-old brown and white beagle weighing 27 lbs. With his long soft ears and soulful eyes, he is sure to steal your heart. Buster is a cuddle enthusiast and adores spending time with his humans. He especially loves his foster daddy. When he's not seeking affection, he happily tries to play with his foster sisters, though they sometimes prefer to watch his antics from the sidelines.
Buster has a playful side and loves soft, fuzzy, squeaky toys. He is always on a mission to find the perfect one and won't stop until he's empties the whole toy box! Despite his busy personality, he is great on a leash and doesn’t pull. He also seems to have some house manners, suggesting he has lived with a family before. With the colder weather, we are focusing on going potty right away vs sniffing around for a long time. When he sleeps, he is often contorted and upside down in strange positions that will sure to make you giggle.
Buster would thrive in a loving home with or without other dogs. Whether he's a solo companion or an addition to your pack, he is ready to bring joy, love, and plenty of cuddles into your life! Could you be the family Buster has been waiting for?
NOTE: Dog may be located in any of our six volunteer states (WI, IL, IN, OH, PA, MI).

More about this rescue
BREW Midwest is the midwest region of BREW Inc. (Beagle Rescue, Education and Welfare). We are a network of volunteers and foster homes across Western PA, OH, MI, IN and IL.
Our Mission:
*Rescue beagles in danger of euthanasia from shelters
*Help beagles that have been removed from neglectful or abusive situations
*Educate families about beagles and their special qualities
*Find kind, loving families for homeless or abandoned beagles.
BREW is dedicated to rescuing and re-homing beagles. The main focus is beagles in shelters that are faced with imminent extermination. BREW works with shelters and animal control facilities and adopt beagles to families throughout our region. In addition to our rescue efforts, BREW is dedicated to increasing public awareness of pet overpopulation and encouraging pet owners to spay and neuter their pets. Towards that end, no beagle over six months of age is adopted from BREW without being spayed or neutered. BREW also works to alert people about the disadvantages of purchasing pets from a "pet store."
