My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Heidi Cherry and her 6 kittens were rescued from the heat in the midst of July 2024. Heidi, an 8-month-old kitten herself, and mom of 6 kittens, was suffering from horrible diarrhea and was pushing her kittens away. Heidi was taken in by a medical foster who nursed her (and her butt!) back to full health—and she is doing great! Another foster took her 6 kittens and bottle fed them and raised them. they were all adopted in sets of two. It’s time we find momma her forever home!

But who is Heidi other than a warrior woman? Heidi is the most blossoming beauty, a sassy, intelligent, curious, and playful little princess. On a day-to-day basis she loves to eat, chase the three resident cats, play, and bask in the sun. She’s a fighter and a winner in life and in whatever she does including running the feline household even though barely a year old. A real beauty, she is guaranteed to bring joy and laughter to her forever home.

Heidi Cherry is just a year and is spayed, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained.

* You must be 18 or older to adopt. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian submit an application on your behalf.
* All cats must be kept indoors. In special circumstances, we may waive this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
* We do not adopt to any home that will declaw an animal. Declawing is cruel and unnecessary.
* All cats/kittens must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
* Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs or into a home with another active cat or cat-friendly dog.
* Your adoption fee helps to cover a small part of the costs of veterinary care. However, we strongly recommend that you take your new kitty to your vet for a check-up shortly after adopting to establish a relationship and a lifetime of regular check-ups and care.
