Richard and 12 other kitties were living with their human in a car after being evicted from their home. Richard and his friends were flea-infested and, in some cases, in rough conditions. Richard is shy here at the shelter, and who can blame him? We will give Richard some time to learn her new surroundings and update his bio as we learn more about him!

We are an open admission, no-kill dog and cat shelter, located in Viroqua, WI. The DHS provides shelter, food and enrichment programs and strive to find permanent homes for all healthy cats & dogs
